Bracelet Program

The Emergency Medical ID Bracelets program provides free Emergency Medical ID bracelets to Berwyn residents with a medical or mental health concern.  The bracelet helps first responders obtain essential medical information and emergency contacts when assisting a resident.

Bracelets are available to all Berwyn residents with a health care need, including senior citizens, developmentally delayed, and anyone with a medical or mental concern that may benefit from this program.

Program Specifications

• Emergency Medical ID Bracelets are complimentary and available to Berwyn Residents.
• Emergency Medical ID Bracelets will provide crucial medical information including contacts to first responders when assisting a Berwyn resident who may be experiencing distress or disorientation in an emergency.
• Applications should be submitted to Berwyn Township General Assistance Dept.  More information about the Emergency ID program is available by calling 708-765-4516 or emailing ga@berwyntownship.org.

Size: Width 0.62 inches, length adjustable 6.6 inches - 8.2 inches.

Material: 316L stainless steel & AAA quality silicone rubber.
