The Emergency Medical ID Bracelets program provides free Emergency Medical ID bracelets to Berwyn residents with medical or mental health concerns. The bracelet helps first responders obtain essential medical information and emergency contacts when assisting a resident.
Bracelets are available to all Berwyn residents with a health care need, including senior citizens, individuals with developmental delays, and anyone with a medical or mental concern that may benefit from this program.

Emergency Medical ID Bracelets are complimentary and available to Berwyn Residents.
Emergency Medical ID Bracelets will provide crucial medical information, including contact information for first responders, when assisting a Berwyn resident experiencing distress or disorientation in an emergency.
